Malolo Island Resort is located on Malolo Island in the Mamanuca islands, 25km / 16miles from Nadi International Airport. Serviced three times daily by scheduled South Sea Cruises fast catamaran from Denarau Harbour plus private transfer options of seaplane or water taxi/speedboat. There are a total of 46 white weatherboard duplex bures/rooms in a colonial, plantation style with high-vaulted ceilings in 5 different categories including: Island, Ocean View, Deluxe Ocean View, Family, and Tadra Beach Bures (for couples only). All have air-conditioning, fridge, plunger coffee and tea making facilities, irons/ironing board, hairdryers, bathrooms, overhead fans, and spacious verandahs.
Island Bures – 33 sq meters (355sqft): Each bure is open plan and has one King size bed, bathroom adjoining the main bedroom, and two single beds. Suitable for up to 4 people. These bures have partial/restricted ocean views.
Oceanview Bures – 33 sq meters (355 sqft): Each bure is open plan and has one King size bed, bathroom adjoining the main bedroom, and two single beds. Suitable for up to 4 people.
Deluxe Oceanview Bures – 50 sq meters (538 sqft): Each bure has on King size bed in a separate bedroom with bathroom adjoining the main bedroom, and two single beds in the spacious living area. Suitable for up to 4 people, or 5 if the 5th person is an infant in a cot). Note: 4 of these bures can be configured to sleep 5 people (or 6, if 6th is infant in a cot).
Tadra Beach Bures – Over 50 sq meters (538 sqft): Only steps from the ocean, these adults only bures have a spacious open plan design with 4-poster King bed with canopy and sheers, bathroom, two day beds in the living area, and a spacious verandah. Includes a complimentary bottle of Australian sparkling wine and tropical fruit platter upon arrival. Suitable for two people only.
Family Bures: Two are 100 sq meters (1076sqft) with a 20 sq meter (215sqft) verandah located in a two-story bure. They each comprise 2 bedrooms, each with a King size bed, one ensuite, and one main bathroom accessible from the living area, and 3 single beds also located in the spacious living area. The other two bures are 92 sq meters (990sqft) in size comprising 2 bedrooms, each with a King size bed and bathrooms adjoining the main bedrooms, and 3 single beds, plus a spacious verandah. Suitable for up to 7 people.

Beach Bar: Influenced by its location to the beach and being a “barefoot in the sand ” venue, the menu is beach café style offering fresh salads, gourmet and traditional pizzas, hamburgers, rolls, beer-battered fish and chips and a selection of meats and seafood from the grill. In the evenings the Beach Bar is the venue for some fun, friendly team and family activities.
The Restaurant Complex: Reminiscent of the old plantation home stead with its imposing entrance and wide open verandahs, the colonial inspired Restaurant Complex is set back from the beach amongst tropical forest and gardens and overlooks the resorts two swimming pools.
Terrace – The Terrace Restaurant is the Resort’s main dining facility with a dedicated buffet and seating for over 100 people. Offering modern Asian and Pacific Rim cuisine and using only the freshest available produce, the Terrace offers an extensive menu variety for island guests with full and continental breakfast options, A la Carte menu for lunch and different themed buffets for each night of the week. A healthy children’s menu is also available.
Wednesday nights - Island BBQ buffet .
Saturday nights - cocktail hour, short Meke performance, followed by a sumptuous, traditional Fijian Lovo feast.
Treetops – Located along the verandah at the other side of the Restaurant Complex and overlooking the adults’ pool, lounge areas and lush gardens. Slightly more formal in style and service, Treetops offers an air-conditioned venue for our adult guests and children 13 years and above and offers tantalizing, daily changing 3 course/3 choice A la Carte menus .

Leilani’s Spa: Leilani means ‘heavenly flower’ and the Spa is set amidst a tranquil rainforest setting and lush tropical gardens. The spa offers carefully designed spa treatments that embrace the therapeutic benefits natural ingredients have to offer and aims to provide guests with a truly ‘heavenly’ experience. The Spa offers 3 open-air treatment bures including one especially for couples. Treatments range from contemporary to the traditional Fijian, combining modern and ancient remedial ingredients to soothe your body and mind.
Weddings: Malolo is ideal for incentive groups, weddings and small meetings. A private venue is available for special events and the Resort is also available for sole use charters for up to 110 people.
Guest Lounges:
Talei Lounge: Available for guests 18 years and over featuring a book library, board games, satellite TV, CD and DVD players, plus free WiFi access, all in air-conditioned comfort.
Khail’s Club: Available for teenage guests 13-18 years. Offering a “chill-out” zone with bean bags, satellite TV, free WiFi and assorted games in air-conditioned comfort.
Tia’s Treehouse Kids Club: Complimentary supervised children's club offering an innovative and unique program, which has the kids living like true Malolo islanders. Open daily 9am-9pm for kids aged 4-12 only. Children under 4 require one-on-one attention. Baby sitting is available and can be organised through Reception for F$10/hr.
