Guests arriving and departing Fiji from Nadi International Airport are encouraged to use Kokomo’s new private luxury transfer lounge. Designed to provide a seamless experience while transferring to and from Kokomo Private Island, guests can enjoy refreshments, entertainment, a playroom for families, and shower facilities.

TYPES OF ACCOMMODATIONS:
The luxury suites at Kokomo Private Island Resort are designed for privacy, comfort and relaxation. All with private infinity pool and garden. You can choose from 21 Beachfront Villas or opt for one of the five Luxury Residences, all boasting striking views of the island and surrounds.
Beachfront Villas: Spread sparingly along the island’s two longest beaches, Kokomo’s villas feature sustainable design and embrace traditional Fijian nuances, offering stunning ocean views, direct beach access, and absolute privacy. Each villa has an open floor plan, large living area and kitchenette with air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, spilling out onto a private deck with infinity pool; all contained within a tropical walled garden. There is a master bedroom with walk-in closet, rain shower with separate soaking tub and outdoor shower.
One Bedroom Beachfront Villa – Spread sparingly along the islands east and west beaches, the one-bedroom Beachfront Villas offer absolute privacy, stunning ocean views and direct beach access, securing you your own private slice of paradise. Each villa boasts an open plan layout, with large lounges and kitchenettes, offering unrivalled views of the ocean. Sliding doors separate the generous living area and spacious master bedroom, featuring walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with rain shower, deep bathtub and double vanity, which leads out to a courtyard with outdoor shower. Each has its own private infinity pool, spacious deck, complete with sun loungers and large sun bed all contained within a lush, walled garden; the perfect space to watch the sunset over the Great Astrolabe reef.
Two Bedroom Beachfront Villa – Privacy and space are pinnacle in our 2-bedroom Beachfront Villas, the second bedroom and ensuite are separate from the main villa. This affords the option to socialize and entertain in the main living area, whilst always having the option to retreat to the comfort and privacy of your own personal haven. Scattered along the island's east beach, these villas offer stunning ocean views and direct beach access. The villas are open plan and generous in size. The spacious master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe/dressing area, bathroom with rain shower, deep bathtub and double vanity which leads out to a courtyard with outdoor shower. The second bedroom has its own ensuite, built-in wardrobes and private courtyard area with outdoor shower. The large living space and kitchenette opens out onto a private deck with infinity pool; all contained within a tropical walled garden, complete with queen-size day bed and loungers.
Three Bedroom Beachfront Villa – Designed for the intergenerational traveler, the 3-bedroom Beachfront Villas are extremely spacious and boast an expansive open planned layout to ensure every guest has the luxury of their own personal space. In addition to two double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite and private outdoor courtyard and showers, these beachfront villas comprise a spacious master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with rain shower, deep bathtub and double vanity, which leads out to an outdoor shower. This open plan living space features a large lounge and kitchenette that leads onto a private deck with infinity pool, offering magnificent ocean views and direct beach access. This area is completely private and framed within a tropical walled garden.
Luxury Residences:
Ocean
Guests are greeted by a spacious hallway, leading to an open plan living room filled with natural light pouring in from floor to ceiling windows. The residence offers stunning ocean views from sunrise to sunset. Ocean offers two separate living areas. The media room is complete with plush lounges, TV and direct balcony access whilst the living room is an entertaining haven, with open plan kitchen, dining table and separate butler’s kitchen. Sliding doors lead to the expansive outdoor deck lined with sunbeds, lounge area, inbuilt BBQ, dining table and private infinity pool contained in a lush, private garden.
Namara – Tucked away on the west side of the island, guests are spoilt with absolute privacy and seclusion with uninterrupted views over the horizon. A home away from home, this 3-bedroom residence epitomises spacious, open plan living with all the modern comforts. An entertainer’s paradise, Namara boasts a spacious kitchen, island bench and dining table. The adjoining open planned living area spills out onto a spectacular outdoor terrace, complete with inbuilt BBQ, sunbeds, dining table and private infinity pool surrounded by a landscaped lawn and lush private garden.
Dravuni – Tucked away on the north-west peak of the island, its location ensures privacy and seclusion. Its prime location affords unparalleled ocean views, which is the first thing you’ll see upon arrival. Dravuni is the only residence that has direct access to Cove beach, securing your own private slice of sea and sand for relaxing, swimming and snorkelling. Dravuni offers two separate living areas. The living room is an entertaining haven, with an open plan kitchen, island bench, dining table and separate butler’s kitchen for behind the scenes preparation, whilst the living terrace offers something completely different, with captivating panoramic glass windows affording views both north and south of the island. The terrace opens up onto your private deck, equipped with sun beds, lounge area, dining table and in built BBQ. Dravuni is known for its excellent vantage point for viewing manta rays and dolphins during the season. If the need arises to entertain the family, retreat to the games room on the lower ground floor with adjoining ensuite, which doubles up as a 5th bedroom.
Astrolabe – Location is key for Astrolabe. Conveniently situated in the middle of the island it affords some of the best views Kokomo has to offer as well as having an array of the islands facilities at your fingertips. Wide hallways are leading to a spacious, open plan living room. Astrolabe features floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors, ensuring you’ll always have a view of the horizon and calm ocean from sunrise to sunset. Entertaining is a breeze with a spacious kitchen, island bench, dining table and separate butlers’ kitchen for behind the scenes preparation. Relax in your private garden oasis on the expansive deck with lounge area and sunbeds, dining table, inbuilt BBQ and your own private infinity pool.
Sunset – Sunset is the pièce de résistance of residences when it comes to space and size, boasting an impressive 1,525 sqm area. It easily takes the title of ‘largest residence’ in Fiji. Located in a central position, an array of the resort’s facilities are at your fingertips, including; resort pool, Pool Cabana, gym, basketball and tennis court. From the moment you open the front door to Sunset, you’ll be captivated by the impressive infinity pool and unrivalled ocean view. The floor to ceiling windows will ensure you never miss an unforgettable sunset at Kokomo. Sunset is equipped with an open plan kitchen, island bench, dining table and separate butler’s kitchen for behind the scenes preparation. Perfect for in-villa dining or entertaining large groups. You’ll be spoiled for choice upon selecting a social space to relax. Upstairs is host to the main living room (adjacent to the dining room), arrivals lounge, family lounge and library with a large games room located on the lower ground floor. Outdoors is equally as impressive as inside, with a sweeping deck complete with sunbeds, lounge area, inbuilt BBQ, dining table and private infinity pool contained in a lush, private walled garden.

Beachfront, poolside, destination and in-villa dining is available from sunrise to sunset. All menus are updated daily and champion Fiji’s seasonal, flavorsome produce.
Beach Shack – Exposed timber beams, lofty ceilings and panoramic ocean views provide the perfect setting in which to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Located on Kokomo’s iconic beachfront, Beach Shack is effortlessly chic. Start your day with a leisurely breakfast of tropical fruits, freshly baked pastries or a selection of a la carte options. Then return for lunch or dinner on the deck, and see what the chef has created for another day in food heaven.
Walker D’Plank – Tucked within a sheltered cove and nestled above the lapping waves, this unique restaurant and bar offers a dining experience you will never forget. With uninterrupted sunset views, it is the perfect setting for a pre-dinner cocktail as you prepare for the tastes of Asia. The restaurant features a no menu policy and instead sees Chef Caroline discuss your preferences and incorporate the freshest ingredients to tailor a meal just for you every time you visit.
Kokocabana – Adjacent to the resort pool, Kokocabana is open daily for refreshments, lunch and dinner. Kokocabana has a smoothie, juice and ice cream bar open all day. From 11am onwards, the cheese and charcutuerie counter is open and the chef fires up the wood fired pizza oven where guests can choose from the menu or create their own gourmet Italian masterpiece.
